The Ocean Manager Audits & Inspections Module automates all reporting, analysis and other associated workflows pertaining to audits and inspections including ISO, ISM, Internal and External Audits, and other audits & inspections by Port State Control, Flag State and Oil-Majors etc.
It allows seamless integration of audit and non conformity reporting, subsequent analysis of collected data, and control over required corrective action.

Auditors, superintendents and officers can submit reports and work on the application through the web, whilst on the move. This includes updating vessel audit reports, tracking progress on deficiencies, monitoring follow-up and closing reports. The non-conformities list can be accessed on the company's Web site. Through the Web site one can track progress made in completing the follow up action for deficiencies. This can be further extended to more controlled users such as officers in the office or on leave, for tracking vessel reports and non- conformities. A database of relevant standards is available as a guideline for internal auditors. The application includes a library that maintains a copy of all relevant regulations and codes for the auditors' reference. The library also maintains a list of all possible questions and issues to be addressed during an audit. |
